At Paint A Part, we stand behind our factory-matched finishes and custom-painted components. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they have not been installed or modified.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the part to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the uninstalled part back in its original protective packaging and foam wrap to prevent any scratches or paint chips during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the part is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
