How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed, painted, and cured within 7-10 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but you will receive a tracking number as soon as your part leaves our facility.
Are the parts you sell Genuine OEM or aftermarket?
We offer both high-quality CAPA-certified aftermarket parts and Genuine OEM parts. Each product description specifies the part type so you can choose the best fit for your budget and needs.
How are large parts like bumpers shipped without being damaged?
We use specialized folding techniques for flexible bumpers and heavy-duty reinforced boxing for rigid parts to minimize shipping costs while ensuring the paint remains pristine and crack-free upon arrival.
What is your return policy if the part doesn't fit?
We offer a 30-day fitment guarantee. If you provided the correct vehicle information and the part does not fit, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. Please note that custom-painted items are otherwise non-returnable.
Do I need to do any additional painting once the part arrives?
No, our parts arrive fully painted, cleared, and polished. They are ready to be installed directly onto your vehicle right out of the box.
